Grip socks are mandatory on the Transformer — so they make the perfect gift. We produce custom grip socks in your brand’s colourway (one-month lead time), alongside KARVE’s bespoke, 100% organic clothing line for guests and gifting.

Secure
A 20% deposit confirms your booking via a secure link. The balance is due three weeks before.

Activate
We share day-of logistics so you arrive prepared — then we bring your event to life.
Cancellation policy
30+ days prior — full refund · 21 days — 80% refund · 14 days — 50% refund · 10 days or sooner — non-refundable.
Frequently asked
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — a non-refundable 20% booking fee is required at the time of reservation, which is applied to your final invoice.
Can we bring our own catering?+
External food isn’t permitted, but we provide coffee, tea, juices, smoothies and light snacks — and we can build a custom, on-brand smoothie menu for your guests.
Can we set up branded displays or gifting?+
Absolutely. We offer setup for branded displays, gift bags and other items so everything integrates seamlessly with your event.
Do you offer custom merchandise?+
Yes — we welcome collaborations on custom event merchandise, with a minimum lead time of one month for design and production.
Can you activate across multiple locations?+
We can activate your brand at a single studio or across all of our locations — in London and internationally — depending on your event’s scale and needs.
How far in advance should we book?+
Events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Earlier is better for popular dates and bespoke add-ons.
