Preparation for greater results

Wear tight, comfortable clothes

Loose clothes may get in the way of your movements. We recommend sweat-wicking fabrics like leggings, sports bras or tank tops. Grip socks are required for safety and available for purchase in our studios.

Hydrate and eat light

The better you feel, the better you can challenge yourself. Drink water throughout the day and eat light meals to feel your best and get the best results.

Arrive early

Get to your studio 10–15 minutes before class, giving yourself time to check in and get situated.
