Memberships and class packs — frequently asked
Can I pause or cancel my Pilates membership anytime?+
You can freeze a membership at any time and are not charged while it is frozen. Cancelling is different: memberships start on the day of purchase (Local Unlimited and Exclusive start on your first class booking, and the next payment is a month after that) and run on a minimum 3-month commitment (12 months on the 12-Month Commitment plan; earlier 6- or 12-month plans keep their term), then renew monthly with 30 days’ notice to cancel. They are not month-to-month.
How do I sign up for a Pilates membership online?+
Choose a membership on this page and pay online — no studio visit needed. Classes are then booked from the schedule or the KARVE Club app, and credits work at every London club.
Can I get a free trial or intro offer for Pilates?+
There is no free trial, but first-timers have two introductory options priced below the usual per-class rate: the 7 Day All Access pass and the KARVE Intro 3 Pack. Current prices are shown above.
How much do Pilates memberships cost in London?+
KARVE memberships range from four classes a month up to unlimited, with a studio-specific Local option. Live prices for every tier are listed above on this page rather than repeated here, so they cannot go out of date.
Do class credits and memberships work at every KARVE club?+
Yes — class credits and the Unlimited, Transform, Define and Maintain memberships work at all KARVE studios in London, Dubai and globally. The Local membership is the exception: it is valid at the single studio you buy it for.
Can I cancel or move a booked class?+
Yes — cancel or move a booking up to 12 hours before class and the credit returns to your account.
What are the intro offers?+
New-client offers — like the 7 Day All Access pass and the KARVE Intro 3 Pack — are available on your very first purchase only.
Do you sell gift cards?+
Yes — email gift cards for a class pack, from a single class to 100 classes. The recipient gets the classes on their KARVE account to book at any UK KARVE club. Add the recipient’s name and email at checkout and the card is emailed directly to them. Got an unused gift card from our old booking system? Email hello@karve.club and we’ll activate it.
