How returns, refunds and cancellations work at KARVE.
Your 14-day cooling-off period
If you buy a membership, class pack or class online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start your services during this period and then cancel, we may deduct an amount proportionate to any classes already used.
After the cooling-off period
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, and subject to your statutory rights, memberships and class credits are non-refundable. Class packs are non-transferable and cannot be extended, except for an injury or medical reason supported by a doctor’s note.
Cancelling a membership
Memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by emailing hello@karve.club. Full details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@karve.club with your name and the email on your account. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancelling or moving a booked class
Individual class bookings work on a 12-hour window: cancel or move a booking up to 12 hours before the class starts and the credit returns to your account automatically, ready to rebook. Cancelling inside 12 hours — or not attending — forfeits that class credit. You can manage bookings from your account or directly on the schedule.
Class pack validity
Class packs start from the date of your first booking and each pack has its own validity period, shown on the pass at purchase. Validity cannot be extended, with one exception: an injury or medical reason supported by a doctor’s note. Credits work at any UK KARVE club.
Intro offers
First-timer offers such as the KARVE Intro 3 Pack and Two Week Unlimited are available on your very first purchase only, and follow the same 14-day cooling-off and cancellation rules as any other purchase. The Two Week Unlimited pass allows up to one class per day and runs for 14 days from activation.
Gift cards
KARVE email gift cards never expire. They are delivered directly to the recipient by email and redeemable at any UK KARVE club. If anything goes wrong with a gift card purchase or delivery, email hello@karve.club and the team will put it right.
Freezing instead of cancelling
If you need a break rather than a refund, the unlimited monthly membership can be paused for one month within any 12-month period once the initial 3-month commitment has passed, at the studio’s discretion. Ask at your home studio or email hello@karve.club.
