How returns, refunds and cancellations work at KARVE.
Your 14-day cooling-off period
If you buy a membership, class pack or class online or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start your services during this period and then cancel, we may deduct an amount proportionate to any classes already used.
After the cooling-off period
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, and subject to your statutory rights, memberships and class credits are non-refundable. Class packs are non-transferable and cannot be extended, except for an injury or medical reason supported by a doctor’s note.
Cancelling a membership
Memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by emailing hello@karve.club. Full details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@karve.club with your name and the email on your account. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
