Born and raised in Bermondsey, South London, Verity brings over 10 years of experience as both a trainer and an instructor. She studied at one of London's premier personal training studios, developing a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, with a passion for endurance and functional movement. Expect a high-energy, no-nonsense workout with real focus on technique and progression — Verity loves watching clients overcome challenges and grow stronger in both body and mind.
