How a territory in Japan works
Each partner holds an exclusive, protected territory under the terms of their franchise agreement, including its development schedule. A partner in Japan opens with the full KARVE system: onboarding led by KARVE’s managing director, instructor training and certification in the Transformer method, KARVE-supplied machines, the architectural design system, and launch marketing run by TONE, KARVE’s in-house agency.
