Born and raised in The Netherlands but a Londoner at heart, I’ve always had a passion for music, spending my life singing and songwriting. My journey with fitness began when I moved to London nine years ago, embarking on a transformative weight loss journey that sparked my love for movement. Having worked front of house at some of the city’s top studios, including Karve, I knew it was time to step onto the other side and start teaching my favourite method. Expect high-energy classes, fire playlists, and spicy sequences that will leave you feeling stronger and empowered!
