I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years and specialise in pre and postnatal, making my sessions both challenging and supportive for every stage of life. Expect terrible jokes, great music, and plenty of pulsing — all designed to get you glowing by the end of class. My mission is simple: help you feel strong, confident, and just the right amount of sweaty.
